How to find Wells-next-the-Sea

Found on the North Norfolk Coast, Wells-next-the-Sea is a popular holiday destination with good road links to the major towns in Norfolk and beyond.

From Kings Lynn:

Take the A148 to Fakenham. At the roundabout with the Shell Petrol Station, take a left towards Cromer. Take your first left towards Wells and Walsingham, then the first left on to what is known as the Dry Road. This road takes you straight in to Wells, with a short drive to the Quay.

From Norwich:

From the Outer Ring Road take Drayton High Road. This road then turns into Fakenham Road, and then into Norwich Road. Follow the road until you reach Fakenham. Turn Right at the roundabout towards Morrisons, then onto the bypass (left at the next major roundabout). Just before you reach the next roundabout, with a Shell Petrol Station on, take a right turn signposted to Wells and Walsingham. Take the next left and follow the road to Wells.

From London:

Take the M11 towards Cambridge. Once you reach Cambridge, take the A14 towards Norwich, then the exit for the A10 towards Ely and Kings Lynn. Take the A10 straight to Kings Lynn, then at the Hardwick Roundabout, take the A149. Follow this round up by Queen Elizabeth Hospital, then take a Right turn (the A148) at Knights Hill Roundabout. Follow the directions from Kings Lynn to Wells-next-the-Sea.
