Purchase of a standard directory listing at the advertised annual price entitles the user to advertise one business on the Wells-next-the-Sea Online directory for 365 days. "Free listings" have no guaranteed duration and may be removed by the Wells-next-the-Sea Online editorial team at their discretion.

Cost of Advertising

Wells-next-the-Sea Online reserve the right to change the cost of advertising at any time.

Content Restrictions

Advertisement content must be truthful and may not contain any illegal or pornographical content.

Data Changes

The Wells-next-the-Sea Online editorial team reserve the right to modify the content of any advertisement at its discretion.

Purchase Agreement

You as the buyer agree to be bound by the above stipulations and restrictions. You agree to indemnify Wells-next-the-Sea Online, its sponsors and associates from any and all damages or legal issues resulting from purchasing any advertisement on this site.

All purchases of directory advertisements on Wells-next-the-Sea Online are non-refundable and all sales are final. Wells-next-the-Sea Online reserves the right to refund payments in special circumstances at its discretion.
